Some exercises you may be doing in your one-on-one are Leg press, DB Lunges, Db bent over rows, Dips, Single leg press, seated row. Lat Pull-down, Chin ups, Bench press, Cable rows, Abdominal bracing, Squats, Ball work, Boxing, Kicking, Kneeing, balance work, has this gone all over you head. And most importantly a good stretch at the end of every workout and shoulder massage.

Hey Graham well here it is my little story of how I came to be me.
It all started one day with the birth of my son, everyone tells you to eat for two as your growing a child. Well don't ever do it !! You see the baby is born and you still weigh 30 kilos more than you did.
It was possibly the hardest time of my life here I am a new mum who should be enjoying life but I wasn't. I was very unhappy so........ I got of my butt!!
People look at me and say your so lucky you can eat whatever you want. Maybe now I look much slimmer and healthier than a lot of people but it has been a team effort.
I remember walking into WOW fitness thinking this poor guy is going to hate me I'm fat and lazy but from my first session Graham started to work on my outlook on life and my self esteem.
Every time I have achieved a goal no matter how small it may be he has been there to help me set the next one and keep going.
You see its not just about the exercise ( yes we all know it works) but its about the support and information you gather each week that helps you change your life.
In two years I have trained only once a week for half an hour and tried to walk two nights a week at home. I have changed what I eat, how much and when. I would say i eat more now than ever before just different stuff. When you fell good about yourself you don't want to eat junk!
So the facts..... I used to weigh 78 kilos and now my weight fluctuates between 49 and 51 kilos!!
Not bad for a mum who works part-time and chases a kid around the rest of the week!!
If there is one thing I have learnt at WOW fitness it would be to aim high and work hard to achieve your goals.
